Bread lines
SOLOBAKER automatic bread production line consists of those machines, that are already presented on our website and can be assembled in any configuration.
For the highest efficiency We propose to create a basic Bread Line of the following machines:
- Dough Divider with 140L teflon coated hopper with digital panel for smooth adjustment of weight and dividing speed, with piece counter.
- Rounder machine with teflon cone and channels
- Pre-Fermenter with the required number of baskets
- Moulder machine.
This bread production line combines simplicity and efficiency at a very attractive price. Working capacity of the line up to 2400 pcs/h. with weight range 50-1200 g.
The line speed is synchronized with all machines and the line operation is handled by 1 person. The whole set covers only 8 m2. The housing of the line is made of stainless steel and has many functions to facilitate work: continuous speed control, weighing control, counter of manufactured pieces. This system solution brings significant weight savings on each piece of pastry - usually up to 15% weight savings, and full production control. It will immediately save you manpower and time.

SOLOBAKER system - system for placing the product on trays and directly on the trolley.
The shaped pieces of dough from the molding machine are laid out on sheets or trays in one, two, three or more rows if required. At the same time, empty trays are unloaded and full trays are loaded onto carts. The filled carts are pushed out of the system, and the empty carts are loaded. The ability to use wooden trays, different sheets, or both at the same time (optional). Additional equipment such as water or oil sprayers can be added to the system. The system is controlled by a PLC touch panel. System performance - up to 3500 pcs/in hour.
The line can be adapted to your existing building or dough processing direction.
