Universal automatic knife slicer with a rotary table designed for slicing all kinds of cakes and pies. The solid construction, precise drive system, automatic cleaning, blades heating and adjustable cutting head speed give almost unlimited possibilities to adapt the device to the selected product. In combination with the affordable price and small dimensions, the slicer is a good and economical solution for small and large patisserie enterprises.

Vertical automatic cake and pie slicer (cutting machine) with a rotary table designed for fast slicing of all types of cakes and pies without compromising their attractive appearance and structure into square and triangular portions.

With the help of a PLC, the touchscreen allows easy setting of the parameters of the cut part (s) and the built-in microprocessor allows to store up to 20 cutting programs in memory. The cover of the machine is made of stainless steel. The 9L air tank is built into the machine at the front part. The double blades of the knives are made of food grade stainless steel and have a precise drive system and an automatic system for cleaning and heating the blades and an adjustable cutting speed allow the machine to cut various cakes and pies to an effective height 80 mm.

Most important functions:

- The double blade knife, vibrating in the opposite direction, makes cutting cakes smooth and clean.

- Anti-slip rotary table (40x60cm) with a rectangular tray can be easily replaced by 2 round trays (diameter each 30 cm).

- Slicing 2 round cakes at the same time.

- Locking wheels make it easier to transport the machine to the desired location.

- Induction system for heating the knife up to a temperature of 100°C ensures an even cut of hard glaze, chocolate and other similar surfaces.

- High degree of accuracy of cutting parameters is achieved by means of two servomotors, which ensure precise operation of knives and table rotation.

- Cake pieces are obtained with the same weight, shape and volume, which eliminates the need for additional control.

- The speed of lowering and lifting the knife is set according to the characteristics of a particular product - this will allow you to achieve maximum productivity.

- Electronic air pressure control ensures smooth and accurate machine operation.

- High quality automatic knife cleaning system maintains the perfect appearance of the cut product and eliminates the need to wipe it by hand before each cutting. The cleaning system includes mechanical removal of product residues by a return slider (bar) and a stream of air into a special collection tank.

Residue collection containers eliminate the need for frequent cleaning of the machine and the surrounding work area..

CUTTING RANGE:
