Low hydrated dough is practically the easiest to handle, it is used, for example, for baking rolls and buns. Medium hydrated dough is commonly used in baking many classic breads. Highly hydrated dough is synonymous with baking, for example, Italian ciabatta or donuts.

Our dough divider is the combination of experience, knowledge and the latest technology. This machine divides dough pieces properly through a newly designed separating drum and an inlet piston, without damaging or compressing the dough.

The work of the dough divider looks like this - the dough is placed in the hopper (70 or 140L), then the machine divides the dough by suction piston into a cylinder, whose internal volume can be regulated and then automatically puts it on the conveyor belt - very precise division without damage and compression - in the most sensitive way, more gentle than dividing by hand. The dough machine and hopper are made of stainless steel. The weight distribution can be easily set from 50 to 1200 grams according to the size of the piston, see the table below. Output up to 40 pieces per minute (2400 pcs / hour) with adjustable cutting speed - manual (20-40 pieces / min) or digital continuous speed and weight control, with a counter of manufactured pieces. The built-in conveyor carries the dough pieces directly into the Dough Rounder machine.

Dough divider in the basic version has manual speed and weight control, separate flour duster drive, hopper 70L, stainless steel main body and piston cylinder, surface of the dividing drum is chrome-plated, piston is made of antioxidant material. Basic model of divider has a filtering closed-loop lubrication system and belt pulley transmission system, which has two speed position, adjustable by motor pulley - 20 or 40 rpm (1200 or 2400 pieces per hour)

With conventional machines, a lot of oil is used to lubricate mechanical components, so it is necessary to check its cleanliness and the level in the tank very often. Medium bakeries consume approximately 15 liters of oil per week per machine.
