Dough kneaders
We supply wide range of Kneaders with a fixed or with a moving bowl in a number of size formats suitable for all types of doughs including bread, biscuit and patisserie.
These are two-speed dough kneaders of the most modern design with automatic switching of the kneading speed and the possibility of reversible rotation of the bowl. All kneaders are equipped with a temperature sensor and an LED light inside the bowl. Hydration of dough from 40% - for solid dough, they also have a double electric bypass. Kneading takes place with the help of a stainless steel spiral arm and a central dividing blade. This combination allows you to mix even very small amounts of dough.
Bowl volume from 60 to 320 liters (40 - 220 kg of dough).
The BSM series spiral automatic kneaders are reliable, powerful and suitable for processing solid doughs from 40% hydration.
At the customer's request, we offer the machine in a variant with a grille or a solid protective cover made of white plastic. Thanks to the belt drive, the machine works in silent mode. Electronic (digital) control panel, very easy to read, equipped with a dough temperature sensor and LED bowl lighting.

- Front and rear legs are height-adjustable.
