Dough rounders

Conical Rounder is a machine with a rotating cone and spirally adjustable channels that are shaped to exactly match the shape of the ball.

The rolling effect is achieved by means of a cone which, when rotated, rolls the dough along concave spiral channels and enables the production of spherical loaves. The dough is perfectly rounded when moving from the bottom up in the adjustable channels. It makes no noise at work. The conical rounder machine rounds the pieces of dough accordingly and gives them a smooth surface. Automatic flour sprinkling, regulated and adjustable channels - only BCR 350 or fixed troughs BCR 450, air blowing system - aluminum cone and channels made of food grade aluminum, stainless steel construction. The working capacity of the machine corresponds to the divider.

Today, a divider and a rounder can easily replace three or more people in one shift. Conical rounder in the basic version is aluminum cone and channels in stainless steel construction with flour duster and air blowing system with nozzles.

For an additional fee, it is possible to cover the cone and channels with teflon, add oil spraying, digital speed control, hot air blowing system and etc.
