Co-Extruder with Filler

BAEM-2 is powerful and reliable Co-Extruder with filler (with 2 hoppers) is a multifunctional equipment for the professional production of pastry such as knodel, dumplings, cookies, filled biscuits, meatballs, meat fingers, meat, fish or vegetable patties, any burgers as well as confectionery (cakes, strudels, sweets or pralines, etc.) This machine can produce such delicate products, that an employee even would not be able to handle to put on a tray without distortion. It is possible to manufacture any products of a round or elongated shape, with or without filling.  Weight, proportions of dough and filling or product size and speed can be easily changed on the touch screen.
Machine productivity - up to 80 pcs/min (4800 pcs / hour) at the request - up to 120 pcs/min.  For example, if the weight of the finished product is 80 g, the production capacity will be 384 kg/hour.
Hopper for dough and filling - 20 liters each.

ACCESSORIES (optional)

This machine also can be equipped with a vertical guillotine knife, wire cutting device - string knife, various nozzles for making cookies, raw bar and braids of several colors and etc. Augers can be made of stainless steel also of UPE polyethylene for less material adhesion. 

Additionally, a third hopper can be installed, which will provide a two-color filling.
