Pre-fermentation cabinet machine with integrated pockets- SOLOBAKER BPP 2000.                      

This machine is belongs to the automated line behind the rounder and divider.

The output of the pre-fermenter is a rested dough of ideal parameters for subsequent rolling, rolling and other creeping of the product before final baking. It is standardly supplied in 6 versions according to size and capacity.

Panels made of stainless steel. The chamber design provides removable pockets that simplify equipment maintenance. The controls are located on the front panel.

The pockets are made of easy-to-clean hygienic nylon. Security bypass system installed.

The photocell detects the dough at the entrance and automatically moves the conveyor - it monitors the receipt of pieces of dough from conical rounder. The basic package includes a control panel and sockets for connecting a dough divider, rounder machine and bread molder machine. The speed is synchronized with the speed of all machines, and provides a maximum hourly productivity of up to 2400 products per hour even after 10-15 minutes of pre-fermenting.
