Multifunctional PASTRY LINE BPL 280 is designed to effortlessly produce high volumes of various breads and pastries, stuffed or not from yeast or puff pastry dough and etc.
The versatility of the line allows the production of a wide range of products without significant changes in the modular composition of the line. For example: buns, cheesecakes, hamburger buns, puff pastry, hot dog buns, stuffed roll, french bread, donuts, croissants, filled croissants, mini rolls, pizza and etc. Various types of fillings are used: jam, poppy seeds, nut mass, fruits, vegetables, meat, liver and etc. The length of the outfeed conveyor allows to install an endless variety of additional devices. You can choose examples of such equipment in the attached photos - these are various devices for adding cinnamon, nuts, raisin, sugar, butter, also devices for wrapping dough ribbon in bags, circular cutting knives, slicing round pizzas or croissants and etc.
The line gives an excellent economic effect - payback in less than 1 year and real savings on wages - it will save several tens of thousands of euro per year. Only 2 people work on this line - one monitors the dough, the other puts the finished product trays to the carts. 1 - LAMINATING AND FORMING MACHINE
In the first stage, the dough goes through three stages of lamination, in order to then improve the structure of the dough, with the help of which the filling screw feeder fills the dough ribbon, then the stuffed dough is rolled into a tube, which, depending on the type of product, passes through a cutting membrane or a guillotine cut. The machine can be equipped with flour duster or device for spreading dough with oil. Sensors are installed between the rolling mechanisms for automatic control of the dough supply and control of the rotation speed of the rolls to prevent sticking of the dough. All processes are fully automatic. The machine is controlled using a touchscreen display. A guillotine knife is included with this machine. Working through an electromagnetic clutch, the speed can be set on the touch screen.

2 - SCREW DISPENSER (horizontal or vertical filler)
Designed for soft (vertical filler) and also denser (horizontal filler) fillings. The built-in auger inside the hopper ensures efficient filling dosing at high humidity. It can be used to make fillings such as stewed cabbage, canned food, curd fillings, minced meat, jam and etc.

3 - DIAPHRAGM KNIFE - 6 or 9 or 12 blades for different types at upper part of the products.
The machine is designed for dividing a formed dough tube with a filling inside into homogeneous single pieces with simultaneous closing of the ends. In this case, the dough is not damaged, and the filling is evenly distributed in the center. Filling speed, Knife speed and Conveyor speed can be adjusted separately. The conveyor is equipped with a device for supporting the product during cutting, which helps avoid unwanted stretching of the dough tube.
