2-Pocket Roll Line is designed to effortlessly and accuracy produce high volumes of rolls and buns. This line consists of a dividing and rounding machine together with a dough molding conveyor table. Line output up to 3,200 pcs per hour.

Automatic dividing and rounding double row machine SOLOBAKER BRP 2 is designed for common pastries - production of pastries, buns, rolls and etc. The device can form up to 3200 pieces per hour. Machine dimensions 650 x 1705 x H1700mm
It requires only one person to set up and operate and its compact design means the machine takes up little space. These features make the BRP capable of working wherever minimal space is available. The intuitive PLC colour touch screen computer stores up to 60 programs and gives the user full control over the dividing ing and rounding processes. It enables the production of a wide range of products from 30 to 140 g.
The BRP-2 double row machine is designed to produce a wide range of buns and is available in 2 different weight ranges:
30 g to 100 g.
50 g to 140 g

The dough is placed in a 15 kg hopper. The dough is then gently fed into the separating drum using specially designed stars to prevent fatigue, and accurately divided and rounded in the main chamber using a rounding plate. An integrated flour duster in the automatic divider and rounding plate protects the dough from sticking.
In addition to this machine, we have a device - dough molding conveyor table, that extends the range of bread production, including buns, rolls or hamburger buns. This provides real versatility in one small machine.
The automatic double row BRP-2 promotes clean and smooth dough movement throughout the cutting and rounding process. The stars gently cut the pieces of dough and carefully feed them into the main chamber, where they are pushed by a plunger into the rounding chamber of the drum. Here they are cut off according to the set size.
The drum then rotates for a new dough refill cycle and the dough pieces are rounded off by the rounding plate. The photocell constantly monitors the dough feed from the hopper and ensures a smooth and uninterrupted transport to the cutting and rounding parts of the machine. The formed dough pieces are then transported out of the machine by 2 conveyor belts.
Each step of the cutting and rounding process is controlled by a PLC computer using an intuitive color touch screen that contains up to 60 programs. Once a product recipe has been created and saved, it can be instantly recalled by clicking on the icon.
Operator-facing inspection windows provide the baker with safe and easy monitoring of the dough level in the hopper and cutting chamber when the machine is in operation. The BRP is equipped with a safety system that immediately stops the machine if any of the access points are opened.
Extension - dough molder device (optional when purchased with the BRP 2 dough divider and rounder).
The version with dough molder attachment increases the product range and production possibilities. This produces hot dogs, tops, burgers and oblong rolls.
This combination of the capabilities of the double row BRP with weights from 30 to 140 g with the added functionality of the bread molding attachment allows the production of a wide range of perfectly rounded products of different weights, sizes and shapes.
In this way, it is possible to produce products that have the same shape and quality. The perfect solution for the molding unit is to control it directly from the PLC display of the BRP2 machine. The device therefore does not require its own power supply. Each of the settings can be changed at any time to exactly match production needs.
Machine cleaning - cleaning is quick, easy and hassle-free.
All key components in both machines are accessible through specially designed windows and doors. They allow for thorough and hygienic cleaning with the least amount of effort on the components.
Regular cleaning and maintenance of the BRP2 bun machine is essential to maintain the highest quality production, ensure the highest hygiene standards and maximise machine life. All flour residues and small pieces of dough can be easily removed from the internal surfaces with a vacuum cleaner. Only 4 simple cleaning tools are needed: brush, scraper, vacuum cleaner, damp cloth.
