Roll molders

The BFC rolling machines has chrome-plated cylinders 500 or 600 mm and solves the problem of small bakeries with limited space. It has white painted steel construction on wheels and equipped with special automatic dough return device for easier operation. The pressing rollers and the molder belt are independently adjusted. Thanks to the motorized belt conveyor, the dough is transported to chrome-plated steel rollers, preventing the dough from sticking. After rolling, the dough is again processed by two belt conveyors in opposite movements, which give the product the desired shape according to the inclination of the conveyor belts. It is used to roll out dough pieces weighing from 30 to 1600 g -  to mold any kind of rolled bread.
