Automatic Product Stacker

The automatic food stacker SOLOBAKER BTAM 200 is a machine for stacking any kind of food on baking sheets - for placing sweets, cookies or snacks on 40x60cm and 60x80cm baking trays or GN1 , to be put into the oven or frozen straight away. And the great advantage of this machine is that it can put even such delicate dough products, that cannot be taken with your hands without ruining them.

Products can be put in batches cyclically as well as in pieces - working speed adjustable up to 100 pcs/min. The machine is easy to operate, clean and maintain, is equipped with a PLC touch screen, servomotors and an infrared sensor, has high performance and significantly saves human labor. Such a machine will immediately reduce your workplace and will pay off in less than a year. It is mainly used by pastry shops, bakeries, catering companies and others. This machine is made of stainless steel, has a large rack at 14 trays, is easy to clean and meets the hygienic requirements for food production. The automatic product feeder places products on a tray according to your assignment - the number of rows and columns you set directly from the display. The products can be inserted both cyclically in batches and in individual pieces, and the work speed is adjustable up to 100 pcs/min.

Our stacker is easily integrated into any production line. It has a large rack for 14 trays. So unlike other similar machines, you don't have to check the insertion of the trays - you're just sure. It is possible to increase the width of the conveyor belt at an additional cost.

Our machine can be easily connected to any producing device. The conveyor is height adjustable from 60 to 90 cm at the product inlet.
