After-Sales Service

SoloBaker is providing timely after-sales service to our customers. SB assigns highly-trained maintenance staff in order to cope with urgent trouble caused by wrong-operation, by mal-maintenance and by the wear of parts, etc. SB provides the spare parts at the time of shipment, and also, usually dispatches our engineer for installation and commissioning on your account. Even after installation, SB can provide replacement parts on your account, at the time when the parts are worn. When we have received information on trouble from customers in overseas countries, company gives advice or suggestion for solving problems by E-mail firstly. In case the trouble is not solved through our advice, we will dispatch an engineer to your site to solve the trouble. In this case, the expense for engineer's dispatch will usually be on your account.
